Return Request Period:
- All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
- This evidence is essential for us to assess the situation and offer appropriate assistance.
Missing Items:
- If any items are missing from your order, share an unboxing video showing the remaining items.
- Notify us within 48 hours of deliveryOnce verified, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).
Exchange for Incorrect Orders:
- If you ordered the wrong product and need an exchange, the shipping charges for returning and sending the replacement will be your responsibility as LootZspoT operates as a wholesale website, not a retail store.
- Contact our customer service team for further assistance with exchanges.
Custom-Printed Products Policy:
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders for custom-printed products cannot be canceled due to production costs.
- Undeliverable Shipments:
- If a shipment cannot be delivered by the designated courier, LootZspoT will arrange alternative shipping, but the product will not be taken back.
- Courier Delays:
- For significant delivery delays , we will coordinate with the courier service to address the issue.
- Please track your order regularly and contact us if there are no updates within 7 Days of Dispatch
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- Submit an unboxing video for verification. Once confirmed, a refund will be processed.
- Missing Items:
- If the missing item(s) cannot be sent, a refund for the respective item(s) will be provided.
- Original Condition and Packaging:
- Returned products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
Rejection or Denial of Parcel:
If a customer rejects or denies accepting a parcel after dispatch, the following deductions will apply before issuing a refund:
- Shipping Charges: 2Timesthe original shipping charge (covering forward and reverse shipping).
- Packing Charges: 10%of the product value.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 7 Days
- Refunds will only be issued if the product:
- Was not damaged while in your possession.
- Matches the original item shipped to you.
- Is returned in its original condition, with all packaging, invoice, and receipt.
- Is accompanied by an unboxing video as proof.
If the product does not meet your expectations or is not as described, contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review the complaint and make an appropriate decision.
