All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Costs:
Delivery charges vary depending on your location. Please refer to the Order Summary during checkout to view the delivery charges for your specific products.

Failed Delivery:
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. These costs, including shipping charges, will be deducted from any applicable refunds.

Upon Receipt of Your Order:
Please inspect your package and the contents carefully upon delivery. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, you should:

Refuse delivery and inform the courier immediately.
Alternatively, sign the delivery receipt as “Damaged” and contact us on the day of delivery.

Bank Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on bank holidays. Orders scheduled for such days will be delivered on the next working day.
