1. Overview

Without SBM GROUPS prior written consent, our trademarks may not be utilized in connection with any goods or services.

We honor other people's intellectual property rights. It is our policy to address any allegation that any individual or organization's copyright or other intellectual property rights are being violated by content uploaded on the service (referred to as "infringement").

The courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any issues arising from or related to this agreement.
